We care about the environment! We encourage all of our tennants to recycle and participate in all earth-friendly activities.

Our management company is dedicated to the preservation of the environment. We offer recycling at all of our buildings, utilize compact fluorescent lighting, utilize recycled building materials whenever possible, have extensively insulated and installed new windows in most to all buildings, have installed highly efficient heating systems, and have worked very hard to cut our energy consumption including but not limited to water, electric, natural gas, & gasoline. With our building environment accounting for over 40% of the worlds carbon output we feel it is our responsibility to be cut our emissions immediately. We have several future aspects of our green program planned including a new green roof and composting offered at our larger buildings. We also plan to utlize the use of gray water for irrigation and the use of solar panels. We encourage all of our residents to live green to do all we can to be good stewards of our precious earth.
